My role in the CITGO website redesign and development was multifaceted and being a team player, ensuring a seamless user experience from inception to launch. As a User Research specialist, I conducted comprehensive investigations with analytics to understand CITGO’s audience demographics, behaviors, and pain points, laying the foundation for informed design decisions. Engaging in the discovery and analysis phases, I collaborated with stakeholders to distill key insights and inform strategic direction. Utilizing this research, we spearheaded the Information Architecture redesign of the original design, crafting intuitive navigation pathways to prioritize vital information upfront. Transitioning to Visual Design, We conceptualized and implemented a cohesive brand identity across the website, ensuring aesthetic appeal while maintaining usability. Subsequently, we orchestrated User Testing sessions, gathering invaluable feedback to refine and optimize the user experience. Finally, during Launch and Optimization, we monitored performance metrics, iterating on improvements to ensure CITGO’s website met user needs and business objectives effectively.
