I’m Jose Medina, a Digital Experience Designer and Developer with more than 16 years of experience bringing ideas to life across websites, brands, presentations, campaigns, and live events.

I have always wanted to understand how things work, why they work, and how they could work better. When I received my first home computer, simply using it was not enough. Much to my parents’ surprise, I took the entire computer apart so I could see what was inside and understand how all the pieces worked together. Fortunately for everyone involved, I was also able to put it back together.

That experience shaped the way I approach projects today. The strongest solutions come from understanding how every piece contributes to the whole. I look beyond the surface to understand the purpose, the audience, the technology, and the moving parts that must work together to create a successful experience.

My work is guided by data and driven by creativity. I connect insights, strategy, and emerging technology to build solutions that engage audiences, support decision making, and deliver measurable results.

I bring versatility and leadership to every project, collaborating across disciplines, elevating brand narratives, and supporting high stakes moments where clarity matters most. Whether designing for a single user or an entire room, I believe every pixel has a job to do.

I believe good design should do more than look polished. It should make complicated information feel clear, guide people without making them work too hard, and support a real purpose. Whether I am building a website, designing a presentation, developing a campaign, or operating graphics during a live event, I bring a steady hand, an eye for detail, and a practical approach to solving problems.

I care deeply about the work I create, but I care just as much about the experience of creating it together. My goal is to make the process collaborative, thoughtful, and clear from the first conversation through final delivery.
