I redesigned Zenith Trek’s ecommerce presence, transitioning the business from Shopify to WordPress and WooCommerce while connecting the new website with coordinated social media campaigns that introduced the Comfy Feet Sleeping Bag to a substantially broader audience.
The project extended beyond rebuilding the website. I developed a connected digital system in which social content, advertising, product education, responsive design, ecommerce, and analytics work together to move customers from initial discovery toward purchase.
01 · The Challenge
Turning an existing online store into a visible ecommerce brand
Zenith Trek already had an ecommerce presence on Shopify, but the website was not reaching a meaningful audience. The store existed, yet there was no strong digital system consistently bringing potential customers to it.
The Comfy Feet Sleeping Bag also presented a product education challenge. Its expanded rectangular footbox solves a recognizable comfort problem, but the advantage is not always immediately apparent in a standard product photograph.
The new experience needed to explain why additional foot space matters, demonstrate how the sleeping bag differs from traditional designs, and help customers choose the appropriate size.
Just as importantly, Zenith Trek needed a coordinated social media and advertising strategy that could place the product in front of more people and give them a compelling reason to visit the website.
05 · The Result
From limited visibility to measurable audience reach
The most important early result was visibility. After transitioning Zenith Trek from Shopify to its new WordPress and WooCommerce experience, the website began reaching a substantially larger audience through coordinated social media and paid campaign activity.
During the reporting period from August 19 through September 15, 2026, the website recorded 3,616 sessions and reached 2,838 active users. Paid social generated 3,382 of those sessions, accounting for approximately 93.5 percent of total website traffic.
Mobile devices represented approximately 90.2 percent of users, confirming that social media and mobile experience design were central to the customer journey rather than secondary considerations.
These results established the first major milestone: getting Zenith Trek and the Comfy Feet Sleeping Bag in front of a larger and measurable audience. The business moved from having an online store with limited visibility to having an active acquisition system capable of consistently introducing new customers to the product.
With audience reach established, the next phase focuses on improving engagement, strengthening the connection between campaign messaging and landing pages, testing new audiences, and turning more of that traffic into customers.
